Yes, he did tout conservative ideals during the campaign, and of course between the tax cuts and judicial nominees, we have seen some very conservative accomplishments.

But I thought justice roberts said judges are not partisan

"No further treatments scheduled".........and they say there is "no further treatment required......"...............As a nurse, I know what those statements frequently mean..especially for someone her age.....and it isn't good.😔

Hospice? I wish her the best no matter if you agree with her or not she has been a passionate public servant who took her job very seriously.

From what I have read she either has to retire or die. The only other option is impeachment which their is no justification

  They can also mean the condition is stable or cured. I guess you can read what you want in to it, but it says no signs of cancer remain and that she will be back to work next week. Obviously no further treatment would be required or scheduled.

If her condition was stable or better why did she not show up for work for the first time ever? That seems to suggest to me her condition has deteriorated. You could be right though. None of us know for sure.

Maybe........but I'm a little surprised she didn't continue some kind of chemo or something........anyway, I wish her good health.

No hospice. The statement released simply says she has recovered nicely, and no further treatment was required. And no evidence of cancer elsewhere. That tells me, from a person who has had to deal with elderly cancer patients, that she is very fortunate, and it was caught early. Clearly, someone upstairs is looking out for her eh? As I said, she's a tough lady, and has beaten cancer multiple times.

The procedure she went through usually requires up to a month or more of recovery time, and I imagine that's reasonable for someone of her age. It's very understandable why she would not be on the bench. She has continued working from home.

Some cancers do not require it, if caught early enough and the good doctors that are treating her, being experts on the subject, feel she is stable without going through it. My mom has her case actually reviewed by a panel board, due to the unusual nature of her own cancer diagnosis to decide ultimately whether chemo was needed or not. She needs constant monitoring, and I'm sure RBG will require the same.

Only time will tell but I don't think we are being told the truth about her condition. The right thing for her to do at her age and health condition wiuld be to retire. The left would become apoplectic if she did that though.
