Hi all.

 

As some August K1 filers are already getting their NOA2, I am wondering if possible delivery issue may occur while my mail did not reach to my Fiancé in Uruguay.

 

Because of possible strike and other Uruguayans were expecting packages from USA since October and never got them yet but that is only what they got sending from the US, so I am not aware of the NOA packages or how they were sent.

 

Curious.

If you're wondering about the NOA2 being mailed, that only gets mailed to the US petitioner, not the alien fiance.

 

Edit: I might have misinterpreted your question, I thought mail was running as usual.

Your fiance isn't supposed to get anything in Uruguay. The NOA2 is mailed to you. The packet could be sent to your fiance, but that is through email.

I can't log in to the account, and when I try to recover it the tech guy ask me for alien number or green card info and I am a USC and idk why that was asked so I told him I'm just wanting to recover for the account.

 

He mumbled "Why do you need an account?" and hung up on me. Never gave me his name. Took me 25 mins to make this one call with someone assisting me on this issue.

i am a USC and have both uscis account (new and old websites) never had to call the USCIS number to login or reset my password or such. You can create an account as long as you have a (example: MSCxxxxx or WACxxxx number, etc) to track where our petition is at.

I had this issue too a few months ago (not the tech guy, just the fact that recovery didn't work) and just created a new email adres and a new account with that email. Everything works now

I'm afraid the new account might be my only option, but I already submitted the issue to my state Gov to look into this too because it's really bad and hard.

Well, after getting the response back I'll be waiting to see if I'll keep my account or have to make a new one.

if nothing works....why not just use one of many apps available for smartphones, that basically do the same with a valid petition number WACxxxx or MSCxxxxx, etc

9/5/2018                     We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time (this is getting boring!!!)

10/3/2018                  We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time (this is insanity, 4th time while some got GC)

10/17/2018                After 136 days of wait in HELL, finally EAD in production

10/21/2018                Card was mailed to me, and yes it said so on a Sunday night, while Vj-ing

10/22/2018                Card was picked up by the USPS

10/24/2018                EAD in hand. F%^&& finally

12/28/2018                Interview has been scheduled. Waiting for notification with date by snail mail
