I130 denied for not joining a copy of I130 A for my spouse who is overseas

You did not do your research before filling. So yes you can file again this time correct and add what was missing. Go to www.uscis.gov webit you will see all what you need to put together. Then file again.

I ve received a letter last week about my case wich was denied for not submitting the correct Request of evidence ,now the letter is a notice of reopen case after appealing with a Eoir-29.  What could be the expect after my case been reopened?
