They are doing the interviews very quickly, I would say less than 3 to 5 minutes on average. I think we had 3 question for our interview and I have history with USEM.

 

They used to do the interviews in a private room, with the CO behind a glass screen.  Now of days they do the interviews out in the public behind windows similar to a bank teller

Do you remember years ago there was a poster who was posting note from the USCIS meeting or maybe the minutes.  They came out and said the I-134 was a non binding agreement and not actually needed.

I agree, but we have had some applicants who have posted requirements and they don't mention the I-134.  

 

This is typical Philippines, Confusion on what is needed or what is not needed.

I put a email into the USEM asking about the I-134, got a auto email back that directed me for specific question :

So since it appears as if you cant' ask a question to the USEM, they will give the standard answer.  But we will wait and see

We just received an email yesterday from embassy i guess that was the packet 3. They gave a linked on their site what documents to prepare for the interview and one of those is the financial documents. So better to have it during the interview incase they gonna ask about it.

That is the standard letter they sometime send from my knowledge. I have seen a different one in the past, was more specific and didn't have links, It didn't mention support documents or I-134

 

Where was it sent from? What was on the letterhead  (Top of the page)

Ya interviews are very quick .. ours was only about 3 minutes .. and the CO talked to me the most.

Exactly!!    As long as the embassy checklist lists financial documents as MUST have  ... best to be prepared.   And not be surprised if the CO doesn't ask for them
