Can I file a Fiancee K1 VISA AFTER 2 years since we have met?

You have to have met in person within the two years immediately preceding the filing.  So, if you file tomorrow, January 2, 2019, you will have had to have seen each other on January 2, 2017 or more recently.

Nope. They are extremely strict on that requirement. Heck, we have even seen K1 denials for someone who was only a few weeks past the 2 year mark of meeting the person they are petitioning for.

Your best bet now ... www.expedia.com

It doesn't matter since you have met, what matters is when did you last see each other face to face

YMMV

If you met in March of 2016 it already was over 2 years. Either that, or there are time travel shenanigans happening.

have you guys thought of CR-1 better if you have a budget problem? K-1 and time w/o work permit can and will be very expensive. I can tell you from my unemployed wife that stopped working back in Ukraine 1 month before and 7 months here. So no income from her. We manage just fine, but it is not the case for most people
