Paying for green card fee

I tried paying my green card fee on line but I been facing a problem to write the first digital words ACC ............continue with the case number on the DOS Case ID slop. It only allowed me to write numbers not the first two to three digital words which is ACC .........

Pleased I want someone help me know how to do it .

It should be your USCIS A# on the VISA.  Not the case number/

The "A" number is also the "Registration Number" .

I was asked to put both the A- number and the DOS which is my case number , but on the case number issue , the first three alphabet which is ACC..... Can't be written on the space which I have to write down, but only the numbers allowed to show's up

Your best option is to use a COMPUTER because after payment you will need to print out the receipt. And you cannot print the receipt with the TRACKING number if you do the payment on phone. And once you leave the site after payment, you cannot have access to print the receipt.

Please do I need the receipt to show at the entering to the States or is it for tracking my green card process ?
