address section of K1 application

1. When completing address section of K1 visa, if mailing address and current physical address are the same, do you enter in your most recent PREVIOUS address?
2. Has anyone had difficulty entering dates in the "to" field in Address #1 field?
3. How do you label "item number" for additional addresses and employment history in "Section 8"?

1) If your current mailing address is the same as your current physical address then you skip 9a. to 9h. and put the dates in 10a & b.  Same is true in Part 2. for the beneficiary where you would skip 12.a to 12h and put the dates in 13a & b

 

3) Page 2, Part 1, Item 11 for more addresses of the petitioner

     Page 5, Part 2, Item  14 for more addresses for the beneficiary
