Please how do we upload documents because I saw that it will not be more than 2megabytes. I want to add them in one file but if I do it will be more than 2megabytes. Please I need clarification

No you cannot upload in 1 file, you will see on the upload page there are specific individual preset files they request. You should save your files in adobe PDF format, then compress the file using the optimize utility in acrobat (File> Save as Other> Optimized PDF) to reduce the file size to smaller than 2mb.

If I save the files in adobe PDF then I compress them right?

which specific file is over 2 mb? everything should fit under 2 mb otherwise there are ways to shrink the fie size.

I want to ask something again, did you write your name, date of birth and case number on top of each documents?

Not specifically require but you can name your saved documents something obvious, such as your last name or case number plus the document type. For example “Smith_John_birthcertificate.jpg.”

Hi all,

Does anyone know how long it roughly takes to get the interview letter after case has been completed by NVC? Our case has been 'approved/completed' by NVC on Dec 18th and now waiting.

Thank you for any of your responses
