I also see they do not ask for copys of my income requirements on the petition

Correct.   That comes later, at the consular stage.

Ok so I would have to make copys of the photos and write her and her daughters name on them?

Would also be nice if you identified the Embassy or Consulate

YMMV

I have been lurking here for sometime (about 8 months) first time post. Just sent the I-129F in on Saturday. So here is an overall answer. Take time out to use the search icon (in the upper right hand corner) on the website. Many times I was ready to 'pull the trigger' and post a question on here. Only to learn someone else had asked the same question. The USCIS forms can leave you with some ambiguous questions, (been there and done that). Search your issues and you may get a clearer picture of what you need. I think someone posted on a thread to "not overthink the process".  Probably good advice!

Agreed.  If you think you are the first one to have your particular question, think again

YMMV

Just submit 5-6 pictures. Paste them in a bond paper ,2 pictures each. At the bottom, write a caption about the picture. It is a plus if the picture has a date in it.

Your fiance can bring a lot of pictures during her interview in the embassy.

You have to expect that this process requires digging for information. Please don't expect that information will always be spoon fed.
