Does she stay in Philippines with you the whole trip?  Or does go back to USA?

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Because they are not in the USA, US law no longer applies.  The question is what are the IATA rules for service animals

You know as well as I knew there are many rules and laws in the Philippines, the issue is anyone enforcing them or following them.

Your comment was a total disrespect for US law.  Duh.  Now, if you would have said a total disrespect of Philippines law, then the above is relevant

YMMV

Nah

They don't care and the airlines in the Philippine will break any laws when traveling with a service animal.   My nephew said Philippines airlines did everything and anything to keep their dogs from flying domestic as service animals.  They asked what his handicap was, they went to a data base to check for service animals which luckily he had signed the dogs up there.

I will tell you what is getting annoying on my end is that my wife won't make up her mind about when she wants to go back to the Philippines. She has been wanting to go back this summer and spend 6-8 weeks there with her family and the kids. Now she is saying she wants to only spend 3 weeks in the Philippines but do it over the Christmas/New Years holidays.
