How are they going to prove that they will return home after finishing school in the US?

I have money to sponsor  them

There are a variety of work visa, and of course the EB5 Investment Visa gets you a Green Card.

Get a transfer to the US with their current Employer is one of the better options.

They can apply for visas on their own if they meet the requirements...student, work (requires a US employer to petition them), investment, etc.

The only visa path you personally can sponsor is FB-1 (unmarried son/daughter of a USC). ETA: ~7-8+ years.

If you can provide the funds for sponsorship for a student visa, they can try that route to stay until they complete or leave the program.

A student visa only gets them here for as long ### they are in school.  It is not a way of moving here forever.  It could cut down the time apart while you file for the unmarried son/daughter of a USC.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Filing an i130 and waiting in line until a visa number becomes available at your local US embassy. Once you let your children go over 21 without filing, there’s no fast tracking, they wait in line like everyone else 🤷🏽‍♀️

The biggest issue I see is that the two sentences above directly contradict each other.  Not that you meant them to, but Consular Officers will see them that way.

You filing a petition indicating they will follow you permanently to the US as immigrants, means that they certainly did and may STILL have immigrant intent.  It's not so simple to convince a Consular Officer that is no longer true, particularly if they are depending on YOU for support through their studies.  Consular Officers know that if they are here as single students, and then marry US Citizens, they can adjust status and stay.  You would need to overcome the required assumption that they have immigrant intent.

Start by getting them accepted to a University.  If they can do that, there's no harm in trying for F-1 student visas.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Reading your other threads, it seems you have pending i-130s for your adult children?

This creates more ties to the USA, rather then ties to Nigeria, since it already shows the adult children have immigrant intent when they apply for student visas....it also lowers their chances, since one of the criteria is to prove non-immigrant intent to get a student visa.

In other words, if the i-130 is already filed for them to immigrate----very difficult to prove they would return to Nigeria after their studies.

Can anyone tell me the quickest way to bring over age children to US?

The country they are from is Nigeria. What about Master study in US? It appears that study will cost allot. Is there any cheaper school that can be recommended and procedures?

Unfortunately, you are going to have to remove any thoughts of quick and cheap when dealing with immigration.

Is the petitioner a US citizen or LPR?  Is the over aged children married or single?  What country?

The quickest way is at least 7-8 years.

I don’t see why this is so funny.. would you be laughing if you had to wait 7-8 years petitioning for your loved one? Maybe try to actually help OP instead of laughing at their situation. Seems insensitive don’t you think?

OP s best option is to file the F-1 and wait. In the mean time OP can visit their children abroad. It really sucks but it will be worth it in the end. The sooner you file the sooner you could have your children here. Good luck!!
