Quickest Visa

Can anyone tell me the quickest way to bring over age children to US?

sorry, there is no quickest way, it takes years, there are others ahead in line

 

file and wait years, depending on the type of petition and country of origin

Is the petitioner a US citizen or LPR?  Is the over aged children married or single?  What country?

 

The quickest way is at least 7-8 years.

The country they are from is Nigeria. What about Master study in US? It appears that study will cost allot. Is there any cheaper school that can be recommended and procedures?

There are no quick ways to immigrate to the US.  There are no shortcuts.  If there were, you could sell that secret to millions of people.  

 

Do your children qualify for a masters program?  Do you understand that it's a non-immigrant visa that requires the applicant have a home to return to after studying in the US?

 

No one can recommend some random cheap school without knowing what your children's educational qualifications.

 

We understand you want your children here in the US, but the sad reality is that they will have to wait their turns to immigrate through you.  It will take years.

the problem is that international studies cost 3 times more than local students, plus they can't work full time, so costs of living, books, food, clothing, transportation all have to be included

 

do they have the money?

They don't but i am ready with such costs.

During my own process, I added their name that they will follow later. I will be pleased to have a concrete way to show they will return after study.

You are asking for the quickest way for them to get here, and in 11 minutes, you will have concrete way to show they will return.  Right.
