Hello Guys,

So I want to know I want to start the process to renew my wife's AP it was approved separately from the EAD Work permit. So I would like to know is it the same thing 180 days before it expires. I Have checked through forums and could not find anything all it shows is combo cards and in our case its different since they were approved months apart,

Thanks in advance for and responses :)

Yes same thing...180 days. Not before and very soon after.

Essentially you would have applied for both applications at the same time. The policy is the same and only the dates are different in your case.
