Thats smart. But how do I tell USCIS that when I sent the petition in August? Should i send a letter or something. I dont want to complicate the process even more.

I dont know if USCIS can look into any information outside of the sent petition? Id hate to complicate it

They can look at anything that is submitted prior to adjudication (that is why they send RFE's).  The downside is that if you send something now will the extra submission actually get married to the existing file

YMMV

I would say dont worry about it...because they arent really looking at thise chats...but the consular is...and you can explain then..in the interview. Also..they are working on August already...so you should be hearing something real soon!

sending letter to uscis is going to draw their attention to that, maybe you will get a way with that. I don't think is going to be a big problem as far as people have different nicknames.

Thanks for the advice! And yeah I have seen some August approvals. I'm hopeful to hear a response this month. Have u noticed they are speeding up approvals? Ive seen accepted visas in less than 5 months :)
