Her rib fracture actually allowed the doctors to catch this, so it's very fortunate for her, and a blessing that she was injured to begin with. She is a tough cancer survivor.

I agree, honestly, I am happy they found it when they did and were able to operate apparently successfully.  Hopefully she has a speedy recovery.

I agree.  I recently attended a retirement luncheon for a gentleman that worked for the company for 45 years.  He started in 1973 and is something like 62 now.  This guy is a vegetarian, extremely active, diving and skiing all over the world and doesn’t look a day over 40.  Clean living!

   It's kind of ironic that vegetarianism may be linked to a longer lifespan, and yet when I tried it myself, it didn't really make me want to live a long life.

It's more of keeping a healthy lifestyle overall. I found that out in California.

 

I became friends with several older gentlemen at the gym I went too. They tried to live a healthy active lifestyle and it showed because they all looked younger than their years and were in good shape. 

One retired man when he first started going he couldn't walk without a cane or without having to steady himself. When I left he walked a hell of alot better and could go for short distances unassisted without the cane. 

Another guy  "Don" was a Vietnam that was shot twice there, went on to the post office and worked there for 30+ years. Once he retired he would come to the gym everyday at least once, go walking at least 5 miles a day, he even had weights at his house as well for curls. He got in better shape retired than he was working.

I guess I am in the minority her....but RBG is a cancer to our legal system. The sooner she is off the court...the better our country will be.
