No viable cosponsor?? He will have to meet the same income requirements once you get here on K1 as he would if you applied now. I admire your desire to do it the "right" way.

e don't have anybody to ask for, his dad would be the only person but he didn't want to risk, so we're by ourselves. Since he's gonna be working for a few months already when I have my interview in Brazil, the co-sponsor in not gonna be necessary. We have done a lot of research and the k1 seems like the only one that fits us. Our situation is a little complicated because we don't have anybody to be our co-sponsor and he is just graduating from college, but hopefully everything works out :)

I submitted only email confirmations and zero boarding passes.  This was combined with the photos of us together and passport stamps.  It was fine.  The email receipts give a better overall picture of the trips, especially if there are several involved in one trip.  Unless something seems shaky or doesn’t add up, they probably won’t have reason to think you purchased tickets in advance of trips and didn’t take the trip.

Your email confirms did nothing,  it was the passport stamp was what was sufficient

YMMV

Possibly.  They may or may not have bothered to look at the passport stamps.  My point being that such focus on a boarding pass is misplaced and is based on assumptions not true feedback from USCIS.

You can always email the flight company and ask for a statement saying that you were in that flight.

Just inform the flight number, your full name, date of birth and document used to board, it is pretty simple and most flight companies will answer in a matter of a few days.

I still believe that pictures of you two in different times, locations and special occasions will always be better but you can get the statement from the flight company for peace of mind.

No, but I believe that au pairs are not subject of the 2 year rule, I will have to check that though.

Hi, please investigate all the options for you with a lawyer.

Maybe K1 is not the route for you
