Why does it need to be sent to the consulate directly ?It might get lost so we chose to go to  the hospital to get it.It was sealed till the consulate officer opened it then returned 3 of them back to us. We've gotten our visa on hand for more than 1 month .Just waiting for my daughter to finish the semester that's why I said we'll depart for the USA in January next year.
