Thanks a lot friends God bless you all!

as others have stated your not likely to have success at the appeal and you have wasted your money. after the 5 year time has passed you can reapply but they will take a stronger look at your past immigration history, and you will likely need a TON of evidence.

how long have you been a LPR? have you been able to successfully remove your conditions?

For those who haven’t gone back to past threads

not all details are there but OP was married to usc for 3 years (I’m not clear if this is until filed for divorce or until divorce granted)

Fiked for divorce Jan 2016, granted aug 2016, remarried sept 2016

objectively it looks suspicious /exactly the reason why the 5-year rule is in place

You were informed of the 5 year period in your other thread. The denial was to be expected..

Hear-hear!

Definitely keeping that thread to cite for the next time someone questions the reason there is so much scrutiny on marriage-based visas.

As others have said "no reason for appeal of the 5 year rule"

but to tell you even if could do an appeal,  my appeal took over a year

and the decision was "bona fida marriage" and to reapply

give up

wait the 5 year total and then apply
