Hello all

Please  I would like to ask you about our case .my husband  had his interview on 2017-10-09 in Casablanca Morocco. Then they put him on administrative processing but after two days we had second interview they interviewed us both . It was normal questions they insisted about our age but everything was fine. After while we got email saying our case sent back .we waited 6 months then we recivied Noir it  didnt mention anything bad. They mentioned age difference (25years)and some questions we didnt answer . We sent evidance  we have since 2015 on 2018-10-06. All I can see on website now that they recivied our evidence and nothing else.  I hope someone who is in same boat like me to help me with any information. How long it may take?

And should I wait or just start over new petition.

Did you respond to the NOIR within the timeline given.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

As you said your case at uscis now and if there no response till now try to contact them more frequently. If it doesn’t work like that way you better seek help from your local congress representative so they can contact on behalf of you. Only do it when you think your case taking longer time then usual.

Something I discovered in talking to other Moroccan/American couples was that when there is a large age gap, there is quite a bit more scrutiny of the relationship because there is a pretty high rate of "green card wives" when the American woman is so much older than the Moroccan man. It's useful information to keep in mind when you're working through these issues. Proving that your family and your spouse have established some sort of relationship helps.

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.
