Divorce waiver, still using ex' last name (split )

hi guys, i was also divorce, and now  I am applying for my 10 yr gc through my divorce waiver, the thing is, im still using my ex last name, do i need to change my  last name first back to my single name before applying for my gc? or can i just go apply using my ex last name.

oh thank you, but i havent still change name in my ssn and in my drivers card and also in my philippine passport, sp do i need to change my name there too before applying for my gc? thnk u.
