Documenting relationship after I129f sent

we sent our i129f in October, we received noa1,I am curious now as to what we should be documenting. since then i visited for 20 days in November, and will be making another 5 day trip in Feburary.  What should we be documenting? should we still be keeping texts and call logs, plane tickets, photos and etc. for her interview?   Our expected noa2 is march 30th according to VJ, but i intend to visit once every 2 months (came back on dec. 8th, next visit feb.) until her interview were i intend to take 3 weeks from work to visit during the interview.

 

We also plan to skip the vaccines and have them done here in the US after she is married, and i can add her to my insurance and use my HSA account to pay (covers spouse thats on my insurance plan).  Will this work?

 

also what will she need next and when will she need it?

Keep everything that will show proof of being together.

As for the vaccine, I don't know how it works in Mexico, but in most other countries you will not be able to schedule an interview if your fiance doesn't have full medical exam (that's including vaccination).

Your expected NoA2 on march 30 could be off. it could take 6 1/2 +

yes you should keep it, they may or may not look at it.

 

Petition approval (NOA1 to NOA2) is taking 6-8 months right now, on average. RFE's can delay that. Background checks can delay that. USCIS just being slow can delay that.

 

I would not count on anything sooner than May, and thats a best case scenario.

 

Immunizations are not typically required BEFORE the visa, but CAN be. And if you dont, you will have to do it here, and then have another physical by a civil surgeon, which will most likely not be covered under your insurance.

They are required for most countries before the visa. I think you are talking about Canada and hence not required.

fron my understanding. by law it is required only immigrant based visas obtain vaccines.  non immigrant based visas do not need.. a k1 visa is non immigrant, but I understand vaccines are required befor adjustment of status..

Regarding the evidence: As it has been documented here, I believe you'll have the most important evidence, primary evidence:  passport stamps, boarding passes. I think are key for the application. I think you'l be more than fine

yes. in the packet i sent in call logs, passport stamps, fotos dated from each visit (3 per visit), boarding passes,  receipts, facebook posts (relationship status, and engagement change), abd text messages (in spamish, for proof i know her lamguage).  

 

but will make copies of the boarding passes and stamps that are dated AFTER i sent in the packet.

the health savings acxount isnt through insurance and can be used for medical things not covered by my insurance. but only can be used for members under my insurance.  this is why id liked to do it here.  i see costs for vaccines are outragous  and saw another post of someone skipping the vaccines until they entered the us and costs were higher.  im not worried aboit higjer costs.. my HSA is in a very good state as i never use it since i use my insurance.

 

the processing times for my center are also sitting at 5-7 months (california service centwr for i129f k1 applicantz)

My husband did the K1 in Mexico in 2017. Do the vaccinations where she lives if possible, as it will be cheaper than doing them in Juarez. And I honestly don't think you she will get approved without them. K1 is a bit confusing as it is called a Non Immigrant visa, BUT in actuality, it is an immigrant visa as 9.9 times out of 10, the foreigner will do the adjustment of Status to stay in the US. 

Curious why you would prefer to wait? Get them done, and that's one less thing to worry about.

I prefer to wait as I have $3.5k in my HSA account and it is maxed out.. I never use it.. and so id prefer to use that for vaccines that my fiancé would need, since that would "lower" the overall cost by a lot.  But I will find out the costs at a medical center hear hers. and try to get them combined if they can be.  but still would prefer to wait and use that money that's just sitting there in my HSA... as it has been for the past 2 years...

If you pass the money to her (moneygram or similar) in USD and she gets the equivalent in pesos, I can guarantee it will be cheaper in Mexico than in the US. Are you going to the interview with her? I was in Juarez with my fiancé (at the time) and we knew ahead of time the cost of the medical and vaccinations. He took in that amount into the exam. But I heard people can go in after their partner finishes to pay if you wanted to do so with a credit card. But the cost if she gets the vaccinations where she lives and gets the doctor to write a letter with the vaccinations names and date administered, you are looking at probably less than $500 pesos.

if its less than $500mxn we will do that.. my HSA account can only be used for those listed on my insurance.  which i csnt list her under my insurance until we are married.

 

but 500mxn is more than affordable.

By sounds of it, the Mexico healthcare system should allow her to receive the vaccines very cheaply.. she still needs to call and find out.  Luckily her son is all caught up and she can obtain records.
