How do I find out if my local embassy has received my I-129F petition?

I checked https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx, and it shows "Ready". Does that mean my local embassy has received my I-129F petition from NVC? I'm a bit concerned.

There are quite a few others on here transiting that embassy.   You might find it helpful to go to the regional forum and get questions answered and advice as each embassy has its quirks
