One more paranoia question about AOS interview, Re: childrens birth cert. documents

I am not sure if anyone here can provide me with this answer, however I have looked all over google and can only seem to find information pertaining to custody disputes.

My AOS letter states that if either of us have children, to bring their birth certificates.

My husband has 2 children and their mother did not have the birth certificates so we ordered them and they came in the mail today.

At the bottom of each one, there is a "signature" spot with the mothers name typed next to it.

My question: does the mother have to actually sign the documents in order for them to be valid? Or is it implied that she signed them already since her name is entered on the signature line.

I've attached a picture of it so you can see what I am referring to...

Getting her to sign them wouldn't be an issue but we don't want to bother her unless it's absolutely necessary.

One last thing, my husbands name is listed as father on the BC if that makes any difference as to who can sign it.

I'm probably being paranoid but I really don't want any issues or hold-ups. 😂
