The Flynn Entrapment

It’s pretty obvious to anyone with a lick of sense that what happened to Flynn was a best immoral, and at best, illegal.  I really don’t see how the FBI will be able to make anything stick to him, and I believe his testimony should be held as inadmissible.

Again, so sad, why can't we be true patriots and allow foreign spies and agents to serve at the highest levels of US Government? So unfair, poor Flynn.

Apparently the judge also mocked the prosecution, or was this missed?

 

Flynn should be sentenced to the maximum and tried for treason.  That doesn’t excuse the tactics of the FBI of which James Comey the Martyr is celebrating.  Maybe the judge will initiate an investigation into the Mueller team, I believe he did something similar for the Ted Stevens fiasco.

Anyone who knew anything about him was basically telling everyone this. I know because I was telling everyone this. He was basically selling himself to anyone that would pay him to try and lobby on their behalf. So basically not much different than a Washington lobbyist.

The judge was hard on both parties, but in general the judge is usually quite strict but fair. The judge believes the prosecution has been too lenient on Flynn it seems, and he was at great risk of going to jail today. It is serious charges, and I would agree with the judge, that the recommendation for no time is too lenient. If anything, the judge's posture might prompt Flynn to cooperate further. I don't see him being very remorseful, I wish he would go to jail.

No doubt.  In the other thread thee is a debate that the Mueller team brought in Millions so far.  I wonder how much they would bring in if they went after all the lobbyist in Washington?

He should go to jail, and like I said, the judge should appoint an investigator to look into the prosecution as well.
