Name Change on Adjustment of Status forms

Hi,

Me and my husband just got married last week. I (US Citizen) changed my last name to his last name now. However, I have not yet changed any of my government issued documents such as SSC, DL, Passport, etc. Do I include myself with my new last name now when filing out these forms? It's a bit confusing because through this entire process, I had my maiden last name, so I don't know if I should keep it that way. The only document that states my name change is our marriage certificate. 

Also, I',m technically preparing all these forms because my husband only speaks Spanish, therefore, I would fill out the "preparer/translator" section with my information right? (Again, do I identify myself with my maiden last name, or new last name)

You complete the AOS forms using your current name. So if you changed your name due to marriage, use that.
