Are you actually going to say federal judges do not have political prejudices either right or left? They spring to judgeship untouched by bias, regardless of where they come from? Regardless of how they got there?

Yes we do have a process. Legitimate asylum seekers who haven't been offered asylum by another country (like Mexico offering the migrants asylum) enter at a POE and apply for asylum. Illegal aliens cross the border at a location other than a POE. Our border patrol stops them and if they are overwhelmed the military steps in and assists in the defense of our border. If the military isn't to be used for the defense of our nation and our borders what are they supposed to be used for? To defend the borders of other nations?

Exactly. Some people need help with this concept. The military most certainly can be used to "police" non citizen and non resident aliens (in this case invaders who carry the flag of another nation).

I can't figure that one out either. Especially when some who advocate that view are members on visajourney and presumably have gone through the system themselves or sponsored someone through the system. People who do things the legal and correct way should always take priority over those who don't.

To suggest that no judges have a political bias is the height of ignorance or an attempt to play on the ignorance of others (the latter in this case). Roberts is protrayed as a conservative judge but his actions as a Supreme court justice suggest otherwise in my opinion. He has betrayed the people that put him in his position.
