Timeline

How long it will take to complete?  Put start date and finish date and check if there is an option, online study , write it and the full address.  They would like to know the history, if you are student or -not employed does not matter.  May be they would like to make sure that you are not using any public fund during GC

At the time of GC i-864 was filled in by my aunt in USA and co-sponsor was my husband. At the time of N-400 online form will i attach just the Tax returns of me & husband or I have to attach my aunt's tax returns too?? Plz, clarify

Kindly, guide me for documents to be submitted for n-400 spouse based do i submit the last 5 years tax returns or 3 is fine. i am applying 3 years based. also apart from the documents mentioned in the checklist for n-400 anything else needs to be submitted or can be helpful plz suggest

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved

That's ridiculous.  Just send a copy of the deed that shows both of you have title to the house and/or the 2 page closing statement that shows all the financial stuff.

Hi,

 

for n-400 online form - If i travelled from USA to dubai and than to Australia for a week and back to Dubai and than back to USA after 5 months but i stayed in Dubai for 5 months in which i travelled once to australia. in this case do i mention my trip to Australia as well or just mention the date i left from USA to Dubai and Dubai to USA back

Hi, with regards to the above question at the time of green card i got a misrepresentation due to entering usa on visit and than applying for spouse visa. than i hired a lawyer and got my 10 year green card where i explained that this was not my intention at all. i did not lie. In this case now in form n-400 how will i answer the above question. plz explain. thanks

Answer with the truth. That’s all anyone here will tell you. Since we weren’t there, we don’t know what happened but you do. So tell the truth.

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
