if his intent was to immigrate into the USA on a visitor visa, maybe you should read as that is against the law.

 

your wanting him to continue to stay till your husband becomes a USC to rack up more time he is here illegally, regardless of USCIS allows him to be sponsored and forgives his overstay, is irrelevant.

 

plain and simply he is breaking the rules by renaming inside the USA.

 

not to mention if he came in as you said legally but overstayed a visa, it is not possible to have come in on a visitor visa and gotten an approval to work here.

 

so finding out what he came in here first would be a good starting point, and providing all information would be even better.

OK! but even so immigration does not care about that. Even with an expired I-94 they dont check that when you go into their office I SHOULD KNOW IVE BEEN THROUGH THE PROCESS. All they care about is that you actually have an I-94. Expired or not. If you dont have an I-94 thats when they get upset.

Ok so let me buy a plane ticket tonight and send him home because you said so and it gets you upset. LOL it doesnt upset immigration so I dont care if youre mad about it because like I said its if it was breaking the law immigration wouldnt allow you to sponsor family that overstayed VISA's but they do.

Not really because he has valid documents. He has a valid drivers license and the whole 9 so unless he commits a crime they have no reason to detain him at any moment.

Well as someone whos going through this process LEGALLY. I get so upset reading your posts. Ive been waiting almost 1 year to move legally to the US (and other people wait even longer than that). Since my K1 petition ive been to the US 3 times and would have had the chance to just marry and adjust my status, BUT i didnt do it because i wanted to do it the right way and didnt want to break laws.

People like you make immigrating AND visiting the US so much harder, because the officers think "well another one thats just gonna stay here illegaly". 

I really really hope someone can report you and your family since you put your city, state and original country on here. 

 

You get upset and rude because people tell you, what youre doing is against the law and also not allowed on this vj forum, so childish honestly.
