Emotional support now is important as casa can be rough ask u know

1 he should dress for success

2 he should be confident

3 he should answer quickly with short answers

4 he should know every little and big thing about u and life where u live

5 he should be serious as this embassy takes all things serious

6 honesty is important in answers

7 he should have a plan for life here (study or work)

8 if they ask a stupid question like "what did she eat for breakfast?"   understand this is not silly   u are several hours behind his time and probably not up yet  so honest answer is :"she is probably still sleeping"   not what  u usually eat

i hope u made several trips and spent quality time with him

by this photo looks like age and religion are not an issue

best to you

please write an embassy review / the good and the bad

Thank you so much.i know it's so hard.cause it going to be 4 years that we are apart.his first interview back in 2016 didnt go well they sent the whole case back to uscis asking them to take the petition away from him cause they think it's not abnifide marriage.i hired a lawyer that advise me to refill again instead of following with it in courts cause that could take years.im just so scared now cause they already denied him once.

When was the last time you visited him? What reasons did they give you for not believing the marriage was bonafide? Have you corrected those issues?

What else have you done to create evidence of  a bona fide marriage?  You should have immediately developed a solid game plan with the assistance of your attorney.  I would advise your husband to be able to know everything about you and your marriage.....

Yes I have a good attorney now she knows my situation.we opened a joint account.we travelled to Spain once.whstsaap chats..what else??

For couples living apart, it is not always easy to generate a great deal of legal documentation for the marriage.  The joint account is a great one.....In my opinion, evidence of as much time spent together and his comfort giving information about your relationship are key at this point......my opinion.

He was correct to telll u to refile again

i appealed and that took over a year

our marriage was declared bona fida and the court said to reapply  (over 2 years for the new application)

u saved time by reapplying

He can address the issues for denial in interview

actually Casa knows the marriage is real  as they see the Arabic marriage certificate stamped in Rabat/ they try to make people give up and many do

My girl friend married a Moroccan. He was staying in the US for work under work visa. That’s how they met and got married. They were both living in the US. On the day of his interview, FBI came to the house! They interrogated the interviewee and denied i130. They had a good lawyer and after 2 years since the initial i130 application he received ir1. It was very intense!

I hear morroco is hard but I admire your perseverance. Good luck and don’t give up!
