I’ll marry after month but my work is in different city from my wife - How we could overcome this obstacle in the interview please ?

When you have the interview, you explain, and bring your wife's student identification (if that is what your title means).  Many couples have to live separately at some point during their lives.

I know it varies but seems a year plus is the normal interview time, so plenty of opportunity to sort out your living arrangements.

My case is fairly complicated!!

 

1- me and my wife live 2 hours far from each other due to my school and meet every weekend.

 

2- I worked 3 months illegal without SSN under table and I’m very worried

 

How to convince the USCIS officer about bonefide marriage ?? 

 

Do I really need lawyer in my case ??

1. You have been married a very short time.  Short periods of living apart are normal.  You have a long time until your interview.  I would suggest you concentrate on documents normal marriages generate like insurance, financial mingling, other legal documents.

but do u have joint bank account?

did the USC add spouse to health insurance?

are both names on a rental or lease or home?

I just married and received my official marriage certificate .. I don't have any evidence of bonafide marriage .. just knew my wife 3 month ago !

 

i have the certificate and wedding ceremony photos and couple of our pics together !

 

What USCIS expect from us as proof or evidence !!!

 

No joint bills or joint account yet !

 

 

Any help please ?? I'll fill after few days !

You send them whatever you have. Some examples are on the I-130 instructions. Others are int he guide here. If you don't have something, then you obviously can't send it.

You can collect more evidence while the case is pending and then present that at the interview.

what embassy?

 

i ask as some embassies don't like a person to marry on the 1st visit together

others want several trips to meet

it makes a big difference when VJ members try to help to know country 

 

and knowing someone just 3 months is really too short

Weren’t you recently removing conditions with a divorce waiver? A very quick marriage after divorce may be cause for additional scrutiny

Good question...based on the other thread, they may be an LPR and therefore the guide above doesn't apply as they won't qualify for concurrent filing AOS.

Also, as an LPR who obtained their status via marriage, filing for a new spouse within 5 years is prohibited (without overcoming a very high bar which will not happen here).

Then again, a divorce then quick marriage after knowing somebody 3 months and shortly after ROC is going to face a whole lot of scrutiny already.
