Yep, and Russia is behind all the protests in France.  It is amazing how much a 2nd world country controls everything.

He'll be just as toxic just by being associated with Trump and being on his campaign. I hope for Pence's sake he knew nothing of what was going on behind the scenes otherwise he's going down as well. Which would leave Pelosi as the President.

As for your uninformed statement. Under federal law if they present 2 forms of accepted ID as specified under federal law for the I 9 , form, any attempt to validate those IDs becuse of suspected fraud because  of their race etc. Opens you to being in violation of federal discrimination laws.  Everify leveled that playing field, but the MDL in New Jersey will not make it the law of the land. 

 

Many cases are caught by the IRS, when employees withholdings are filed. Then the company will receive notification of a SSN non match. The employee then has a set number of days to report to the SS office to fix it or they lose their employment eligibility with that company.

Thank you for your insights. Based on your detailed explanation, it would seem her employer should have been clued in on a problem early on? She presented them with false information, wouldn't IRS have flagged it as being incorrect?

 

How long was she employed? Years? I'm not blaming Trump (I never did) but it seems improbable that no one at his organization knew anything.

I heard this today on SiriusXM and even the on air personality said that this scenario is a pipe dream for the Dems. Just like how HRC was going to be elected President by the people doing the electoral college.

 

It simply will never come to pass at all.

Seriously I support everify and whatever else people can propose to keep this from happening. I think cutting out employment and punishing employers is the best way to limit illegal immigration. If they can't get jobs, I don't think they will stick around.

With E-verify, it will get flagged. Without maybe. Many folks have SSN, just not work authorization.

 

I want to hear from the Trump org why they are not using E-VERIFY.

1. Where did you get "hundreds of millions" of dollars from? Last I heard it was tens of millions? Did they throw a couple planes into the budget just for giggles?

2. What happened to the Special Prosecutor's authority? I wasn't aware of anything that was made public. Has Whitaker made any official changes? 

3. Mueller's appointment included the ability to investigate "any matters that arose from the investigation" (Not sure if that is an exact quote). So if he uncovered campaign finance violations during his investigation into possible Russian cooperation, he is within his purview to investigate those violations. They are potential crimes.

4. You don't know whether a crime existed without investigating it. People FAR more informed in the matter than either of us determined there was "reasonable suspicion", which warranted investigation. Reasonable suspicion doesn't mean a crime was committed, it just means it warranted investigation.
