urgent, lost appointment letter to bring to medical exam, exam is TODAY

Hi, my fiance went to her medical exam and was turned away because she didn't bring the "interview appointment letter". They said to return in a few hours and they will call the US consulate. If this doesn't work, does anybody know how we an get a copy of this letter asap?

The appointment letter is usually an email or a conformation screen shot showing that an interview has been scheduled.

Attached is the email we both got which she brought with her, but they said it was not the one they require.

I don't know.  That looks like a confirmation to me.....

That’s odd, maybe moving this to the country specific sub forming will get relevant assistance. Sorry but each embassy does things a little differently. If you would like it moved you can click on the little flag at the top

of your first post of this thread and ask in the message bubble that pops up

Thanks. She is at her rescheduled appointment right now in which they said earlier they would try to contact the consulate themselves. Hopefully this works. If not, I'll move the thread to the subforum.

Thank God, she was able to get the exam. When she went back to the medical exam office, they called the embassy to confirm and after the exam she went straight there to get the document. Thanks for prompt responses. This is the document they were requiring:
