Hi All, According to Post Office Tracking, California Service Center received my RFE response over 2 weeks ago. I have not seen any status changes showing it was received on the Case Status page. Should I send again? Thanks

it could take many days to weeks to see a status change if at all, just be patient.

I agree with the person above - you need to be patient. It may take up to several weeks for them to receive it. What was your RFE for (if you don't mind me asking)?

They needed a copy of my divorce signed by a judge. The one I had was certified but signed by a clerk. Also, I did not list my ex-wife in the section where it asks if I ever filed before. I mis-read the question. I thought they were talking about K1 visa rather than I-129f. I filed for my ex over 20 years ago, but was a K3 and did not even recall what forms I filed at the time. I had to send an explanation why i did not list it when i filed my current I-129F.

RFE could take up to 60 - 90 days to review. 2 weeks is still very short. Be patient. x

You should call them, I received a Noid and my divorce decree was apparently missing, I sent it out right away took 3 days to get to Texas Service Center. I used UPS with a tracking number and was delivered on Saturday 12/1 my USCIS was updated on 12/3 that it was received. Best of luck...

This may seem like a really dumb question, but did u send the original RFE on top of the response? Some forget that step and it adds significant time to match the documents up to the file vs just processing the barcodes.

You recieved a noid, not an rfe like the OP.

Hmm. For our RFE, I checked myUSCIS website a few days after the response was delivered and the case status was updated - they received the response to the RFE and it posted the day after it was delivered to the CSC.  I didn't check the "old site" though.

I have never checked mine this way. I made an account. I tried on my computer and my phone. When I click check case status it will not load the page...

Wow, I hope I don't get an RFE for the same thing.  My divorce decree was certified and signed by the clerk.  In the signature block it says "judge/assistant clerk" and there's no "pen to paper" signature, so the Judge or assistant clerk can sign this decree.   It's an electronic signature.  Looking at the FAQ's of Connecticut dealing with divorce decress the rules are an electronic signature has the same validity as a pen to paper signature.  I just hope whoever adjudicates my case knows this or at least looks this information up, lol.  So, did you have to contact the courts where you got your divorce and get a divorce decree with the actual Judge's pen to paper signature?
