we received the email in May and followed by the letter same month. Why do you think your petition is going to be denied? Also, make sure you write down the agent id of the people you talk with on the customer service line. That helped us fight our case.

Thanks for your reply.i am not sure but i am afraid as it's on same status request for initial evidence was send from September and it's not updated till now , hopefully it's just a glitch in the system but i want to make sure my i765& i131 it's not going to be affected by this status
