What reason make us deny I-130?

Egypt is a very hard embassy, if there is a sever age gap more than 15 years, he has a good chance at being denied or at the very least put into AP for a long time, it isn't that we are trying to be negative we are trying to give facts, and the fact is a much older American women married to a very much younger Egyptian man is going to be pulled apart piece by piece, he is looking to what would cause a denial.

 

There is one such case in Morocco where the woman was older, she lived in Egypt for a long time with her husband and had traveled back and forth many times to see him however after being in AP for well over 2 years was denied and sent back to NVC simply because her daughter was close to the husbands age and they did not believe the relationship even after all the time they spent together.

 

There were no red flag is my marriage other then previous immigration past, my husband was still put into AP, and had I not pushed for a resolution because there were no red flags he might still be there, we will never know.

 

what I assume he is looking for is a fast quick and painless entry to USA, you only come here looking for reasons a case could be denied before the actual interview is you are scared and worried that something is off in your relationship, however this is just my opinion.
