You're missing the entire point.

A few weeks vs more than a few weeks.  Doesn't matter.  He put a ring on your finger after two days of meeting face to face for the first time.

He put a ring on you the second day because you wanted that way and he's a good Muslim who did so for religious reasons will not matter to the US Embassy.  They will judge you based on how much time you have spent together.  

 

Face facts.  You got engaged after meeting in person for the first time after two days.  That is suspicious to the US Embassy and they will judge you based on what they think.

It doesn't matter what your truth is.  What matters is how the US Embassy perceives your situation and compare to other cases they have seen before.  Right now, we are telling you that it does not look good at all.  

Your case is getting more complex as you give more details. 

You will have to slow down.  If you want him here, then you will need to spend more money and time to develop a strong case to present to the US Embassy.  Right now, your case is weak and most likely end in a denial.

He’s from a high fraud country. The visa would have been scrutinized in detail anyway (they always are) with or without them getting involved. The publicity is not going to affect the outcome of your case one way or the other, the facts of it will.

This is super true.

For a family of six (OP, Her fiance, and her four children) she would have to make 42000$ (based off the AGI of your tax return) to be able to sponsor him. 


Oh and USCIS can totally find the details of these news articles if they want to and use it as judgement on the relationship.  This is no different than them digging into facebooks or any social media form.

Again, USCIS doesn't care if he's a good muslim or if you're truly deeply head over heels in love. They care if he's a possible fraud case, they care if you make enough money to support him and your dependents, they care about how hard you tried to make it even look like a relationship.


No one here can help you until you understand that we are reacting similar, if not, friendlier than what will happen to your fiance at his interview. 


TBQH, it looks like he's using you and you're so in love that you can't see it. And this is just based off what you have told us.

Man there's multiple news stories out there. I didn't see that part, but I think this may hurt "The couple met on an international dating website in July and within weeks proposed marriage."

I am now seeing multiple articles saying that he proposed to her within 6 weeks of talking to her and let her pick out her own ring. And in one article, it says  that the OP admitted it felt fast and her fiance convinced her other wise.

And seeing in these articles that her kids are crying over her with worry in front of their dad, of course the Ex is never going to support any of this or let the kids visit your fiance, as another article says you wanted to take your youngest to meet him. Your scaring your children.

And now I see that he had to make a new account because his ex "got into his phone and deleted everything in june".

It's almost like they met simply to complete the engagement process... which should never be someones intentions on meeting someone in the flesh for the first time.

Also note that in NONE of the articles have I see anything about people claiming USCIS was contacted about your fiance being fraud and how hard that made it, it looks like the OP is the one contacting the news, making facebook live and photos and generally seeking attention on her case.
