I submitted 12/24/2018 received my text and email yesterday 01/02/2019. I was told it was being sent to California. California is processing June 2018. I’m extra excited 😆

Where are your beneficiaries from?

If that's the case perhaps you should look over your time line I think you made an error you inputted NVC dates. Mostly all K1' go to California now for processing.

According to your time line your case was transferred to the California service center are you sure it was transferred or just simply routed? If your case is transferred to a different service center they will send you a letter specifying that action.  Mostly all K1s are processed at the California service center.

Just a nervous question..my check did not have a memo section to write my reason for the filing fee with the petition. I am wondering if it will be rejected?. I placed it in a seperate envelope...wrote "i-29f" fee on the envelope...2 hole punched it and attached on top of my cover letter. Any thoughts? I see most people received texts yesterday for petitions delivered on 12/27 and mine was delivered on 12/28 and no text yesterday.

As long as you had the correct "pay to the order of" you should be ok.

Your beginning to overthink this process. Relax, everything is going to go how it is planned. Worrying about it is not going to speed things up.

But, completing your profile will help speed things up, that I can guarantee.

This is not my first rodeo. I sent it to Texas PO Box...and it will be sent ti the CSC.   Thats why i put CSC in the transfered section of the timeline. This is my 2nd time filing...and same profile.

@Sarge2155 To save space and to answer individual(s) use the "+" sign to quote multiple replies. Just select the + sign, on each that you want to respond to and then in the right hand corner you should see a pop up box. Select it and not you can reply. I know you have seen me do it. Thanks for helping out.

I promise. I am not a fan of blank profiles either...but i want to be official first.

One doesn't affect the other. VJ is not part of the US government. You can say your from Croatia and it wouldn't have any affect on anything. Do as you will.
