On November 28th which is my hubby`s bday.. i watched with disbelief about 4 cases TSC with the same PD as mine March 2nd.. all getting approvals except ours..I so wanted to have been among the approved on my husband`s birthday..However todayladies and gentlemen..WE HAVE BN APPROVED!!!..yes November 30th TSC..PD March 2nd.. i couldn`t believe it and am finally relieved my friends here.i would it really took 9months coz its 2 days shy..Just wanna wish and encourage everybody else who is waiting for their I-130approvals that its gonna happen for u too and keep hanging in there guys.

I felt like that two days ago when I got the notification to my phone. I'm still checking the apps and the USCIS site today because I can't believe it lol. Now the NEW wait begins for USCIS sending the file off to the NVC. Let's hope it goes quickly.

Exactly..its such an unbelievable feeling..i  got notified by my case tracker.. and then i checked the old website and it said the same thing.. the new website is not yet updated.

Same for me too. All three of my case tracker apps notified me and it's updated on the old USCIS. New one is still  saying "case was received"

yeah.. The new website keep saying was received..kkkk..i just can`t wait to receive  NOA 2 in the mail now..

Yeah me neither. I'll be really glad when NVC gets the file. I hate that every part of this process requires waiting so much. I am not a patient person but I have no choice but to be. I'm just glad the (supposedly) longest wait of all is over (waiting for approval of petition).

Congratulations 🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏. I'm soooo happy for you,  it never happened for your hubby's birthday but extremely happy it happened before December 2nd as per your inquiry.

Congratulations though you need to start preparing your mind for another agonizing wait between NVC and consulate to provide an interview date. The wait won’t be up to the USCIS wait but seem more frustrating. Good luck to us all.
