Looks like what you did was complete section 6 which  you don't do as the Petitioner. Just get his signature Or complete the I-130a the correct way and leave section 6 alone. That is for 3rd parties like attorneys, and other people filling this out on your or you husbands behalf.

The I-130a application states that if the person that prepares the I-130 and I-130a are the same a preparer’s signature is not needed. A preparer’s signature would be needed for the I-130a was prepared by someone other than the one who prepared the I-130.
