Congrats on your pregnancy!  I'm not sure why being pregnant would cause extra concern interview-wise for you, though...unless you mean it's nervousness putting more stress on you in your condition?

No reason to be worried about that and will have no outcome on the case.   If it comes up in the medical or if the consul asks - just be honest and you should be fine.

Worried about what? Millions of women get pregnant every year. It’s a normal event. Nothing to worry about with regards to the interview. Have you had the medical? You will need to be x-rayed for the medical but they should give you a lead apron to wear.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Thank you so much for replying.  I haven’t done the medical as yet.

Thank you. I don’t even know why I’m worried. It must be nervousness.

For your medical, if you need to pee, they may make you wait until you're examined. I'm sure if you explain your situation, they will give you a cup for a urine sample and they will find someone to accompany you the rest room :)

Congrats!

Make sure to disclose your pregnancy at the beginning when you go to the doctor (so they are aware of any precautionary steps they may need to take).

On the medical form a section is there to fill out if you are pregnant. But I will be sure to let them know.

I know...I'm just suggesting to let them know verbally as well once you're in the exam room as an extra precaution.

Unless the father is a different person than your spouse, I see zero cause for concern.

Totally fine. The CO actually spent much of the interview congratulating my wife and I, and he even looked straight at her belly when saying "obviously everything checks out here". (Not that a CO will be convinced merely by pregnancy, I don't want to suggest that)

At the medical make sure you insist on having the lead apron over the belly. Some x-ray techs are more sensitive about this than others.
