Do they know you want to go ahead of your mother?

Thank you. How can he assist us?

One of the things senators cannot do is force a visa approval. But they can submit an inquiry to the Embassy about why are the cases not being processed separately. A senate inquiry will show you are serious.

Is it possible that my dad will come here in the philippines and go to the embassy and tell that they will issue our visa and he will pick us up here. I think us wmbassy did not issue us because we are minors and they just need an assurance to assist us travel to u.s?

Maybe. Good plan, your father should let them know.

Hi. I am 1r2 a (child of u.s citizen) this is our situation. My dad filed us  with my mom(ir1) and brother (ir2) it is individual application. So my mom was refused and have a remission after 1 year. My dad wants us to go first because our medical will expire this february 2019. So the case of my brother and mine are adminsitrative processing because they wont release our visa because of my mom’s visa refusal. Is it the best thing to do that my dad will go to the u.s embassy in manila (we are in philippines) before our expiration date and tell to them he went home because he will pick up us. Because we think u.s wmbassy did not release our visa because We don’t have parent to guide us to travel and we are minors (11yrs old and 17)And we think they will release our visa after he could talk to the us embassy.

Did you try to follow-up with the embassy? Did they confirm you are in administrative processing?

It's worth a shot in order to find the reason why they aren't processing the cases separately.
