Do as instructed, it's solid advice. Because your previous years incomes were not enough, and the income you provided at time of filing was not enough, they are concerned. You should be fine going forward, but get that tax return filed as soon as you get your last paystub for the year and submit it with a new letter from your employer and the additional paystubs.

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

You can do an estimate on the 2018 W2 with the current and submit that??

 

After you get everything else in the mail, then you can adjust to put those remaining into the tax form.

My Husband got his GC! 2 Year Conditional Green Card expires 08/19/2022, Residence since 08/19/2020

Approved without interview as of Feb 15th, 2024. Was not a combo interview with N-400.
