Hey everyone,

So I need to speak to a customer service rep. I keep calling the number: 1800-375-5283 but cannot get a live person no matter how many number combinations I've tried ! I read older discussions on there but they don't seem to work. I did the 1-2-2-2 and that didn't work, I tried the "lost receipt number" route, didn't work either. Right now I just tried calling and not pressing any buttons, and the music just keeps playing...Help !!

Try to check the status of your case say at the old website and you will see that they no longer encourage people to call them at that number but rather contact them through their website. They simply took it out from the generic response

speakerphone and netflix, and maybe a nice glass of wine. I swear the hold music is burned into my brain.

I was able to reach someone !

Good to hear that you finally reached someone but as a reference for next time you can do this:

First press 1 for English then continuously select 2 each time the menu requests a selection and eventually you'll get transferred to a live individual.

The earlier in the day the quicker it takes to reach someone. But if you wait till say mid-day to closing expect to wait for up to an hour or even longer.
