I was hoping you would get a good response that would save the day ..     The local registry where your fiancee resides is the key to many of your questions.   Check with John & Rose as I think they got a "waiver" of the seminar requirement.    The 10 day wait is not so easy to work around, but I made a suggestion in the PM to you.

This is the information available on the embassy website.

https://ph.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/getting-married/?_ga=2.171945638.764480744.1515702843-1618516958.1515702843

Like Hank said the local registrar is the key. I would be willing to talk to you more about it. I am in Hawaii too. Everyone can give you advice based on their experience BUT every location has their differences. So what one says may not apply for you.As long as you plan everything well that will get it done the fastest. I went for 3 weeks because I wanted to have some time just in case.

The marriage counseling session is sometimes needed and sometimes not. Where my wife lived we had the option of just paying a fee and skipping it. We took it since her friend knew the people at the Municipal so al;l we did was go in a room and talk story for about 30 min. The only way that you will know for sure is to have your fiance go to the Municipal and ask.

The 10 day rule. I have seen cases where it was done sooner. Not sure how they worked that out but the only way to find out for sure is, have your fiance go to the Municipal and ask.

The stumbling block for me was not knowing that at the municipal building they only perform wedding ceremonies on Wednesday's. So you will want to know that for planning purposes if time is f the essence. The only way that you will know for sure is to have your fiance go to the Municipal and ask.

The one thing that you can count on that will not change is getting the affidavit in lieu of certificate of legal capacity to marry. On that just make sure to book your appointment online at the US Embassy in advance. Plan to do that the day you land in Manila. What you need to know is if the municipal where your fiance lives accepts that for marriage. Some don't. The only way that you will know for sure is to have your fiance go to the Municipal and ask.

I think you get my point.

Just PM me if you want to go over more details. I would also give you my cell if you want to talk about it or even meet up for coffee if you live on Oahu.

Best of luck!

Here is information to marry in Hong Kong. It will ask you to register but you don't need to. Just exist out of the pop and then scroll a little ways down and the article will start with explanations.

We just got married in Hong Kong last March 2017. What we did is we apply for an Overseas Marriage through a Civil Celebrant. You just need to file a Notice of Marriage 1 month before your intended date of marriage  and send them all the notarized documents required. Once approved, you need to be in HK 2-3 days before your marriage because you need to appear at Hong Kong's Marriage Registration office and will be asked to fill out some forms before they hand you the permit to marry.

On the day of the wedding, you need to be in the office of the celebrant with 2 witnesses, If you don't have any , the civil celebrant will provide you. You can pm me If you need the email address of the representative of the civil celebrant.

Damn dude, try to erase the stamp in her passport from entering the US and try again. Tear out the page or something lol.

I don't why they'd let her enter just once if it's still before the 90 days is up but I do know that is the rule. Probably because if that wasn't the rule people would start using the K1 to smuggle or something else illegal, or the government thinks that.

They don't stamp you anymore when you enter the USA.

I wonder if they stamp immigrants?

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Have they changed that? Passport stamps are usually an integral part of your evidence whenapplying for k1 and cr1.

They stamped on my visits in July 2017 and December 2017 and they stamped my k1 visa as I entered the country in August this year.

From what I have seen if you have valid Greencard, no more stamps

That post is too outlandish for a response...so I won't respond.
