To update, I went into chase bank today and asked to open a checking account.

I had my passport, SSN number card, green card and one proof of address and they said I can't open one as I need more proof of identity.

Tell them to pound sand, and go to another bank

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Strange, My wife was able to be added on to my Chase account while we waited for the AOS/EAD/AP/SSN, we had nothing but the marriage certificate, her passport, and a bill from the cellphone I got her with her name and our address on it. The bill was the only thing they seemed to care about.

TBH it might be because she is Filipina, the clerk was Filipino, and it was in Daly City which has a ton of Filipinos. 😂
