i have been one year and my wife put the i130 and the i129f and we don’t get any answer from them yet

So did your wife give you the receipt number so you can look it up? You are getting second had information from your wife. I only say this because I have seen this many times before where the spouse never even filed leaving the beneficiary wondering why USCIS is talking so long.

Your wife would have a receipt number especially if she's calling and getting status that she will hear something Demand she give you the receipt number and look it up.

If no receipt number that also is bull. All she would ave to do is call and give her information and SS# and get it if she really filed.  Do you have access to the ban account the money came out of if she paid by check. Verify check it out. You need to do some detective work. 1 year and nothing wow.
