    I didn't approach it seriously. Most of these tests are constructed this way. Rarely would waste the time. I was just bored waiting for my wife to get ready to go out, and there was no real way to predict how much time I had to kill.

  The only thing I have noticed is that if you make any reference to how much time it is taking to get ready,  it just seems to increase how much more time it takes to finish getting ready.

So true.  When we are getting ready to go out, the wife quotes a time, and I sit back and wait knowing if I question it, five to ten more minutes will be added.

Set a time limit, and when that limit is up, leave without her.  Yeah, she will be mad.  But it really helps future departure times a LOT!

Crazier, I am sure.  But in 8 years, I have only had to drive away twice.  Now, if I say I am leaving in 5 minutes, she is at the door putting her shoes on within 4 minutes.
