They know you are married. a wedding video will not help your case.

people who are married have legal and financial ties. It is not hard to prove a bonafide marriage. Shoot, my FIANCE and I have enough comingled we could prove marriage (based on supplementary evidence, not legally of course) NOW - months before we even GET married. 40+ visits, financial ties, wills, power of attorneys, family and friend gatherings (on both sides), hes on my cell phone plan now, etc.

Yes, send a copy of your NOID with whatever evidence you submit.

1) You cannot send a video. They won't view it. The most you can do is send a few printed screenshots from a video.

2) They want evidence of a bona fide marriage, not just a legal marriage.

Do you have anything like life insurance together, health insurance, phone bills—any Co-mingling bills? Is she in your bank statement?

Ok we went to malysia for honey moon and we visited egypt also I have pictures for that , is it gonna help you think,

NO. Pictures do not help that much. You need Bonifide proof that you guys are together. Bills, leases—anything shared!

Co-mingling of things is what they want. Joint bank accounts, life insurance policies showing each as beneficiaries, filing and claiming your spouse on taxes. Legal things that matter. Pictures don't really. And digital content like a video they usually won't even look at.

We all know about distance and cost of travel, so that is not much of a reason to not visit much honestly. You both decided to marry so.

Well you’re going to need to gather something because pictures are not enough and they do not watch videos. Add her to your life insurance, to your bank statement, to your phone bill, etc.

If you cant figure out how to prove it is a real, legitimate marriage, and not just to move to the US, then youve got a problem, dont you.

it is NOT hard to do if its legit and BOTH of you have things you could do even with the distance.

  • If u married now for more than 2 years,  she should have applied to IRS with form W7 for ITIN so u could add her to tax returns for the last 2 years
  • Getting ITIN allows you to add her (with a POA from her) to your bank account
  • these are the types of proof they are asking for (commingling of assests
  • if u can not supply this type of proof of a real marriage,  you need to do the above for 2018 taxes and then refile your CR1
