Only one visit and a 10 year difference, any chance?

My husband lives in Romania and is 13 years younger than me. He was denied a visitor visa for not proving strong enough ties to his country, like owning a home. We married i Romania in April and are going through the CR1 process. I filed in July. I have some similar worries as you and we have seen each other 3x in person. I have a 6 year old so it's not easy to pick up and visit him. Last Christmas we ment in Canada since Romanians can travel there visa free. Good luck!
