I am disabled and recieve ssi and social security how will it effect my 130A appication my income is below proverty

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

They are not there to do that, something a Lawyer does, anyway research research research, plenty of resources out there sadly the one I used to refer people to has closed down.

 

The I 130 is pretty simple, the other issues much less so.

USCIS's job is to judge the petitions before them.  It's not their job to provide answers to your questions and guide you through the process.  You are expected to go to a lawyer for questions about bringing your husband back.   Don't expect too much from your infopass appointment.  Sorry.
